CEO and Director, Bill Rumley  has been working for more than 28 years as an Attendance/Truant Officer helping trouble students and their families.  In 1994 Bill ventured out on his own and started providing services to any and all school divisions that needed help with truants and that were serious about wanting to address the problem.

Today Bill and his team of four are in their 18th year of helping to keep kids in schools by providing a very specialized service to schools and their families. From a very humble beginning with the Norwood School Division (6 schools) they have grown  to provide services to the 3 largest school divisions  within the Province of Manitoba.  Combined, these 3 divisions have more than 140 schools and a student population of over 65,000.

Considered the "experts" in their field, their service is fast, efficient, and reliable.
